Transfer Credits

Students at accredited theological seminaries may be eligible to receive transfer credit for coursework already completed and are urged to make early contact with the Registrar for an evaluation of their courses.

Academic credit for courses, practicums, and vicarage suitable for Master of Divinity programs eaned more than seven academic years prior to current admission into a seminary program will normally not be accepted. In cases where seven years has passed, special vicarages and/or certain courses and practicums may be repeated or substituted at the discretion of the faculty to enable the student to show present capability prior to partial acceptance of previous work.

The student is responsible for having all the official transcripts of credit sent to the seminary by the appropriate institutions; before enrolment in a program, all courses taken at other institutions for use in that program must be approved by the Registrar.
