CLS is ably governed by its Board of Regents. The president works as the executive officer and manager. Currently serving on the Board of Regents are:

Office of the President

Dr. Manfred Zeuch is the 5th president to assume the direction of CLS.

He was called in July of 2006, and was able to move to Canada in January of 2007. He and his family are from Brazil, although two of their three children were born in France, where Dr. Zeuch and his wife, Vivian served at the Evangelical Lutheran Church – Synod from France and Belgium for 11 years.
